I’m so impressed by the restaurant manager, Zen. She provided us with special menu from the chef Santos’s help. Santos has prepared for us a soup noodle with palms. It tastes so good for travelers like us. Sometimes we do need to find something really helps to find More varieties eating out for such a long period time. Zen had come to us with the idea of having Santons to make our stay in Novetel Bur Dubai A memorable one. Thanks to Zen and Santos. They make us feel so special.

We have spend a week at the hotel. We were two families, for vacations! All staff was helpful and with a smile to answer all your question! Our first experience was from Mrs Salma, (the receptionist) thanking her for her kindness and professionalism, she was so friendly welcoming us with a smile make us feel like home from the first step. The hotel is just at the middle of everything, easy to move around, quiet, clean, pharmacy just across, and with a small mall in walking distance. I highly recommended either for families and also for people who wants to relax.

The room is comfortable! Excelent size, with a good bed. The location is very calm, with a small grocery near. It Is completely convenient to stay close to the airport, and at the same time close some attractions and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Bur Dubai, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. During our visit, we encountered a minor issue with our initial room. However, the way the staff handled it truly impressed us. They swiftly and seamlessly upgraded us to another large room, complete with a breathtaking view and even a Jacuzzi. This unexpected gesture went above and beyond our expectations, and it made our stay even more memorable. The accommodations themselves were luxurious and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The Jacuzzi was a delightful addition, providing us with the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, our experience at Novotel Bur Dubai surpassed all expectations. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and stunning amenities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional getaway. Quite a convenient place. Nearby WAFI mall provides Carreful and many other shopping facilities. We were in Dubai to attend the GITEX2023. The transportation between here to the WTC is just 10 min by cab. The swimming pool is small but clean and decent to use.

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with excellent variety, even vegan cheese. Good service most of the time. Quiet room, which was really good as I am a light sleeper. Location is not too far from the airport and business district.
